At FunSmilez Wonderland the ball pit, mats and structures follow a regular sanitisation schedule, socks are compulsory, every zone is padded and gated, and trained floor staff supervise play through the day.

Ball pit balls, mats, slides and high-touch surfaces are sanitised on a regular routine, not just when it looks dirty.
Padded and gated zones
Toddler areas are separated from older-kid zones, with soft flooring, covered edges and safety netting.
Adults stay with children
One guardian per child is included at no extra cost — no drop-and-go policy.

How hygienic is the play area?
The ball pit balls, mats, slides and high-touch surfaces are cleaned and sanitised on a regular schedule, and socks-only entry keeps outdoor dirt off the play floor entirely.
Is the play area supervised?
Yes. Trained floor staff supervise the zones through opening hours, and one adult per child is included so a guardian is always present with each child.
What safety measures are in place for toddlers?
The toddler zone is gated away from the trampoline and climbing areas, with soft flooring, padded edges, low slides and a shallow supervised ball pit entry for children from 11 months.
What are the play area rules?
